Purchase & Payment
Your purchase can be made at any time whilst you browse on the Wirelessly website using your approved credit card via Versign Online Payment Services. Just click on the buy now icons. When making purchases, ensure you have your credit card handy to enter your card number, expiry date and security code which are required to process your payment. If you do not wish to use your credit card online, we also offer payment by way of Direct Deposit or cheque. To do so, please email or write to us and we will advise appropriate procedure.
If you have previously purchased from Wirelessly you have an account (my account). You can save yourself time by logging in, as your account automatically stores your personal information for example, your name and e-mail address. See Privacy & Security for more information.
When making purchases, ensure you have your billing and delivery address details on hand, as well as a contact telephone number for yourself and for the recipient of the parcel should it be destined for an address other than your own.
Wirelessly offers FREE DELIVERY within Australia. All goods are dispatched from the Melbourne warehouse, Monday to Friday via Registered Post with Signature on Delivery. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from receipt of payment by Wirelessly (subject to stock availability). Next working day delivery is guaranteed in most metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Regional areas, SA, NT and WA may take a few extra days. For overseas purchases please contact us.
Once your order and payment has been processed, a receipt page, complete with all your details and an order number is sent to you via email as confirmation of your purchase. This receipt is your tax invoice. A packing slip which outlines your order will also be included when your parcel is delivered. The packing slip will not contain pricing information and is not a tax invoice/receipt.
